Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 24/48-business hours from the time order placed. 
  • Orders of $100+ will be shipped free. 
  • All orders placed after 12:00 PM Fridays, holidays, or weekends will be shipped the next working day. We do not deliver shipments on the weekends or on holidays, but we are working with our shipping carrier for Saturday deliveries.
  • Orders may be declined or canceled due to limited or out of stock quantities. Our customer service team will contact you to inform you that the request cannot be fulfilled.
  • At this time we are only shipping our products to the continental USA excluding Hawaii & Puerto Rico.
  • All free shipping orders are delivered by UPS ground, however, our users have the option of choosing expedited shipping options including overnight or early delivery. Customers will be required to pay the costs incurred for fast delivery.
  • The order receipt emailed to you is not a confirmation that the order has been processed and will be shipped. It only confirms that we have received your request and will review the order before accepting or declining it.
  • If any of the products have been listed at an incorrect price because of manual or technical error, then we reserve the right to cancel such orders and request you to place the order once again at the correct amount. Cancellation of such orders will be communicated by email and the contact number you have shared with us.
