Which methods of payment can I use to place my order?

How soon do I get a confirmation that my order has been accepted?
We will send an email within 24 hours confirming whether your order has been accepted or declined.Read more
Do you offer the cash-on-delivery (COD) option?
No. At this time we only accept payment before shipping the products. You can use any of the major debit or credit cards to pay for your order.Read more
How can I find out the status of my order?
You can visit the order history to know the status of your order. If it has already been shipped, you will be able to track the order and check the name of the shipping company on this page. You must be signed in to track your order.Read more
How do I cancel my order?
You will be able to cancel your order only if it has not already been shipped. Please speak to our customer service representative at 866-500-8253 to cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, you will be required to initiate a return request.Read more
Can I gift wrap my order?
We do not offer this service at this time, but you can check in future. All our shipments are packed in tissue wrap and placed in our custom boxes which it self-shows gift wrapped.Read more
Can I change the address on an existing order?
If you have already placed the order and it has been processed and shipped, then we will not be able to make changes to the order. However, if the order has not been processed, then you can talk to our customer service representatives who will be able to help you with changing the address.Read more
Can I modify the contents of an existing order?
If you want to add items to the order, then we suggest you place a new order to add the new products you want. For removing an item in your order, you can talk to our customer service representatives who will remove the items from your order if they have not been shipped already.Read more
